We take our visitors privacy and security very seriously.  Your use of this Website is not monitored by us and we only receive data about you and your organisation if you choose to email or complete the Enquiry form.  Doing so, however, indicates your consent to our using any information about your organisation in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

Privacy Policy - You may access this Website's pages and browse them without disclosing any personal data. To provide you with detailed information about our services and answer any enquiries, however, we shall obviously need to collect information through the Enquiries page or via email about you, your company or organisation.  It is not our intention to collect or store personal information about individuals. 

All information received is kept private and is available in the first instance only to our administration staff for legitimate purposes in dealing with your enquiries or comments.  Should your enquiry necessitate the involvement of any other specialists under contract to us then we shall only pass on such information as they need to know.   They will not then disclose it to any third parties.

We will not reveal any data about you or your company to third parties. This includes sharing, trading or selling and licensing such data.  We do, however, reserve the right to disclose any information if obliged to do so in compliance with the laws and security of the countries in which we operate.

Links to other Websites - Our Privacy Policy applies only to this Website.  It does not apply to the collection and use of personal and other information by any third party via any Website to which this Website links. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of other Websites, over which we have no control.

Data Protection & Security - We comply with the Data Protection legislation of the European Community countries. We take every reasonable precaution to protect the information you send us. We may ask you for proof of identity before disclosing any information we hold about your organisation back to you, and we must be sure that you have a legitimate right to that information.  Once received, information is protected from unauthorised access employing appropriate security protocols and measures.

Should you send us information, you should be aware that it is transmitted by email and is only as secure as the Internet's standard emailing system will allow.
